First, resin is made and boiled from a specific chemical recipe.
The process continues with saturating the raw paper in resin and drying it before cutting
it into sheets. An amount of paper will be arranged together according to the thickness
needed and then placed in the hot press machine to be pressed in hot temperature and
pressure. Next, the laminate finishes will be cut into the requested size and lastly
transited to the sanding line for HPL. Compact Laminates can have decorative surfaces on
both sides. Aimed at providing the assurance of the highest quality, the products are
subjected to stringent checking and grading before distribution.
